Safety and Support Program aims to minimize the negative consequences associated with substance use by providing practical strategies to decrease risk. Diseases like HIV or hepatitis C can be spread when people who use injection drugs share needles or other equipment. This program provides new, sterile needles and equipment to people who use injection drugs, and provides connections to drug treatment, disease testing, vaccines, and other social services.
Free, 24/7 access to naloxone (Narcan) at select locations throughout the county. This initiative aims to make lifesaving overdose-reversal medication available to those who need it, especially individuals who may face barriers to obtaining it elsewhere.

A specialty team that partners closely with many community partner agencies as part of a continuum of services, engaging clients seeking housing support who are either unenrolled from a health plan or seeking enrollment. The CORS Team aims to help clients access housing resources and other necessary services. They are reliable consultants regarding mental health, case management, and other community resources to clients and other local agencies within their service area. Services in this program include Care Coordination, Housing Referral and Support, and Outreach and Engagement.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) offered on an outpatient basis for adults who have developed opioid use disorder. Can provide patients with either methadone or buprenorphine. Patients who receive medication-assisted treatment also participate in individual and group counseling sessions.

A monitored setting for the safe withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs. The detoxification is provided in a 16-bed acute (medical) unit where intensive medical monitoring is required. Serves individuals who are intoxicated or in withdrawal from alcohol or other chemical substances, but are medically stable.
Individual, couples, and family counseling available. Individual counseling sessions are designed to address a client’s specific recovery and/or mental health needs. Sessions may focus on trauma, sadness, grief, stress, loneliness and other factors leading to a cycle of addiction. Each patient is encouraged to have some couples or family counseling as well. Family therapy can be done with or without the primary client present.
