Tender Transitions is a 7-week support group designed for pregnant and newly postpartum moms. The group offers mindfulness tools for navigating pregnancy and postpartum, supportive discussions, and practical strategies for the transition to motherhood.
Virtual support groups for any birthing person and/or anyone identifying as a mother to talk about the realities of motherhood.

Postpartum Counseling is intended to help new moms find the support they need to adjust to all the challenges that come with adding a new baby to a family.
A free, supportive program for women having their first baby. When you enroll in NFP, you are connected with your own personal nurse who visits with you during pregnancy and until your baby turns two years old. This program has been proven to benefit the health and well being of families. First time low-income moms in Whatcom County can enroll in the program prior to their 28th week of pregnancy.

Free drop-in peer support groups, no registration required. Peer support services include groups for birthing parents of all kinds, self-identifying fathers or fathers-to-be, and one-on-one support. For all in-person groups, babies up to about 12 months old are welcome. No childcare is available.

Pregnant individuals and parents of infants who have Apple Health/ Medicaid health insurance are eligible to receive: assistance applying for SNAP/ Basic Food benefits, Childcare Subsidy, and PFML benefits; nutritionist advice; help accessing medical and behavioral health care; and monthly gift cards for participating in Culturally Responsive Integrated & Strength-Based Parenting (CRISP) classes.
