Designs and facilitates small and large group processes. Groups and organizations use facilitation services to guide meetings in which emotions may run high or important decisions need to be made.
A 2-3 hour long mediation process for parents/guardians and teens to resolve conflicts.
A voluntary, confidential, and affordable process for resolving conflict with the help of a neutral, trained professional. Mediation is offered for a range of disputes, including divorce issues (property and financial), parenting plan creation or modification, parent/teen, other family issues (elder care, estates, etc.), co-worker and workplace issues, business/consumer, foreclosure, small claims, neighborhood issues, landlord/tenant, anti-harassment, intercultural, victim/offender, and more.
Process for families experiencing separation or divorce to develop or modify parenting plans, negotiate property divisions, and address other issues.
