Services are available to survivors of domestic violence, parents who need a parenting plan, individuals who have not yet filed anything in court, and participants who meet financial eligibility requirements *Please note: Attorneys do not represent clients in court.

Weekly walk-in legal consultations can address housing issues, child custody matters, education-related concerns, and sealing criminal records. If you want to talk to an attorney about filing for bankruptcy, call CLEAR to talk to an attorney who will screen you for eligibility, may be able to offer you initial legal advice, and may refer you to LAW Advocates for assistance from a volunteer attorney.
